It speaks your language. It knows what you do not eat.
- Ten languages, including the questions and meal names.

GigaByte.86 ★★★★★ App Store review I tried a couple of calorie tracking apps before and always quit after a couple of weeks because it’s too much hassle. This app just solved that. The only thing I have to think about now, is taking a picture before I start eating. The rest is done for me.

Endymion99 ★★★★★ App Store review Not really on a diet, but I wanted to know what and how much I was eating. As a vegetarian I noticed I actually get fairly little protein. With a simple photo and a few words I can now analyse all my meals and see what I eat too much or too little of.

MiniMojah ★★★★★ App Store review I quit many other apps because they asked too much, this has to be the easiest way to track calories today. Maybe in the future with smart glasses it’s all automatic 😂
Ten languages, and not only the buttons
English, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, French, Bengali, Portuguese, Indonesian, German and Dutch.
The name it gives your meal.
It writes "Chicken breast, roast potatoes and green beans" in the language you picked. The meal is named by the same AI that read the photograph.
The question it asks about it.
"How much oil did the potatoes roast in?", with its three answers, in your language. This is the sentence most translated apps get wrong. It is written fresh for each meal. So it cannot be translated once in advance.
The sentences it remembers about your kitchen.
The memory page describes your own food back to you. If your account is in Hindi, an English memory page would be one you could not read or fix.
The coach, and the reminder on your lock screen.
The chat about what to eat next comes in your language. So does the reminder that arrives at lunchtime.
It belongs to your account, not to your phone
Pick a language in Settings. It is your language on every device you sign in on. On a fresh install, it starts with your phone's language. After that it is your setting. It does not change when you switch phones.
What you do not eat, asked once and never again
Halal, pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, or nothing in particular. You can also tick fish, shellfish, pork or dairy, or type your own. Set it once at setup. The coach and every meal question follow it.
It is a rule, not a preference, and the app treats it as one. A meal you photograph is still read as what it is. The app describes your plate. It does not tell you off.
Which meal it is depends on where you are
7 pm is dinner in Brussels and a snack in Madrid. Snapkin picks the meal from your time zone and local mealtimes, even offline. The lunch reminder comes half an hour after lunch usually ends.
Set it to your language
It's that simple. It keeps working through restaurants, holidays and busy weeks. There is nothing else to keep up with.
