Had it before? Two taps and it is logged.

How it knows what you usually eat
You never make a list. Your meals make it for you.
Every meal you log becomes a dish.
Eat the same food again and it goes with the same dish, not a new one. Even when it has a different name. "Chicken with rice" on Tuesday and "grilled chicken and rice" on Thursday are one dish.
The likely ones are at the top.
A meal from this week counts more than one from last month. A dish you eat for dinner counts three times as much at dinner time. It looks back six weeks.
Five per meal, not fifty.
Each meal shows its top five. "Show all" is under them when you want the rest.
It counts from the first time.
You do not have to eat something twice. Last night's dinner is there today, and it says "Yesterday". Leftovers are the most common repeat.
Forgot to take a photo? You had it before.
The plate is gone and so is the photo. If you ate it before, that does not matter.
- 1. Tap plus, then Usual meal. It opens on the meal of the moment: dinner in the evening.
- 2. Forgot breakfast? Tap Breakfast. There is a tab for each meal. It is logged as the breakfast it was, not as lunch.
- 3. Tap the dish and say how much. Half, the same, or double. It starts from the portion you usually eat.
- 4. Tap Add. It is on your day at once, with the numbers it had last time. Nothing is estimated again, and nothing is asked.
The same meal, the same numbers. A meal logged again is not a new guess. So your Tuesday chicken does not come out 60 kcal different on Thursday.
Your dishes are yours to fix
Open the menu and tap Your dishes. Each dish is kept one tab per meal, and each one can be changed.
Give it your own name.
"Mum's lasagne" is easier to find than what the photo said.
Fix the portion once.
Change the ingredients or the grams. Every time you log the dish after that, it uses yours.
Pick its picture, and add a note.
The note goes with the meal each time you log the dish.
Keep one out of the list.
Something you ate once and never want again? Turn off "Suggest when I add a meal".
Your dishes are made only from your own meals. They are never compared with anybody else's.
Log it once, and it is there next time
It's that simple. It keeps working through restaurants, holidays and busy weeks. There is nothing else to keep up with.
